RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is the concept that only software robots in computers replace mental workers to automatically perform paper desk jobs (mainly work with fixed logic).
The concept of RPA began to be used in Japan in 2016, and by 2017, it created a big buzz thanks to the ease of understanding and ability to deliver fast results. So far, along with AI and IoT, RPA has become one of the most popular IT words that everyone at least once heard. However, at present, there are still many people who do not understand the RPA or not about the difference and the relationship between AI and RPA.
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is the concept of software robots using the Rule engine and artificial intelligence (AI) to replace brain workers who automatically perform paper work (master weak is work with fixed logic). These software robots are sometimes personified into "digital workers" or "digital workers" (virtual intellectual workers).
